Rolfing® releases structural restrictions that may have been built up by years of habit, compensatory movement or injury. A Rolfer works with the intention of organizing the structure for optimal function. Clients often report feeling lengthened and decompressed with a new sense of freedom and ease. Often clients will begin by engaging in a Ten Series, which is a progressive, intelligently organized series of ten sessions addressing limitations and fascial restrictions. Each session has a specific design and goal and systematically progresses through the entire body, integrating the body as a well functioning whole.
